This stone shelter is located at the south end of Cole street where it dead ends into Northshore Rd. Newly renovated, the shelter is directly next to Lake Sertoma with a lookout for the viewing pleasure of those at the shelter. The lake is stocked annually for public fishing, no license necessary. Benches are placed around the lake for those wishing to enjoy the views or fish in a less busy environment. The shelter houses a fire place, making the shelter inviting no matter the weather or temperatures. The fireplace is available for public use, just bring your own wood and be sure to safely put it out before leaving. To the east of the shelter across the street is a ball diamond with a bathroom next to it. Beyond the diamond is greenspace and a short walk beyond that is the newest and largest playground in an of the parks with another bathroom next to it.

- A parking lot is south of the shelter along the lake.
- Greenspace is to the east of the shelter across the road beyond the ball diamond.
- Lake Sertoma is adjacent to the southwest side of the shelter. Fishing is allowed, no license required. Non-motorized watercraft is allowed.
- A short walk north of the shelter up the hill will lead to paved walking paths that wind throughout the park.
- A ball diamond is east of the shelter across the street.
- A playground is a short walk east across the street beyond the ball diamond and greenspace.
